Missing Evidence
- Tomas Afeworki requested the complete dash-cam videos as portions were missing including officers saying "Your Black ass is stupid," calling him "boy" and threatening to frame him, "We will make sure you don't get out"
- The court interrupted and patronized Afeworki while he listed missing evidence
- The court continued to dismiss Afeworki's requests for evidence, "So what's your point" (line 16)
- He addressed the Brady rule (line 19-20) as he felt evidence that would prove his innocence was being withheld
- Prosecutor Raz responded "It's not unusual to get in-car videos that are not complete for whatever reasons" (line 18-20)
- Afeworki noted the in-car video was edited and he had seen the full unedited version (line 7-11)
- Prosecutor Raz admitted that, after review, the in-car video does cut off, "it is true that halfway through the Miranda warnings, the video cuts off" (line 14-18)
